Privacy Policy — TitlePerfect

TitlePerfect ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Kickass Marketer LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the TitlePerfect Chrome extension and website at titleperfect.app.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication information via Firebase Authentication.

Usage Data: We collect anonymized analytics about how you use the extension, including features accessed, analysis frequency, and general usage patterns. We do not collect the specific product titles you analyze.

Subscription Information: Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store payment card information. We receive and store subscription status, plan type, and billing cycle information.

Amazon Page Data: The extension reads product title text from Amazon product pages you visit to perform analysis. This data is transmitted to our API for scoring and variation generation. It is not stored beyond the duration of your current session.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the TitlePerfect service
To process your subscription payments via Stripe
To send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts)
To improve our scoring algorithms and AI models through aggregated, anonymized usage data
To respond to support requests

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Anthropic — product title text is sent to Claude AI for analysis. Subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.
Google Firebase — authentication and database services.
Stripe — payment processing.
Google Analytics — anonymized website analytics.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@titleperfect.app.

6. Chrome Extension Permissions

The TitlePerfect extension requests the following permissions:

activeTab / tabs: To read product title text from Amazon product pages you are actively viewing.
storage: To cache your authentication state locally so you remain logged in.
scripting: To inject the analysis interface on Amazon product pages.
identity: To support Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication.

We only access Amazon pages — the extension does not read data from any other websites.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS for all data transmission, Firebase security rules for database access, and Stripe's certified payment infrastructure for billing.

8. Children's Privacy

TitlePerfect is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice in the extension.
