Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PerfectASIN, a product of Kickass Marketer LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using PerfectASIN, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service Description

PerfectASIN is an AI-powered Amazon listing analysis tool delivered as a Chrome browser extension. It analyzes publicly available Amazon product listing data and generates optimization recommendations, scoring, and suggested copy. PerfectASIN is powered by Claude Opus, developed by Anthropic.

PerfectASIN is an analysis and recommendation tool — not a listing management service. We do not make changes to your Amazon listings. All implementation decisions are yours.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

PerfectASIN uses artificial intelligence to generate analysis, scores, and recommendations. AI can make mistakes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

All output — including optimized titles, bullet points, descriptions, keyword suggestions, and scoring — should be treated as recommendations, not directives. You should verify all suggestions against current Amazon guidelines, category-specific requirements, and your own business judgment before implementation.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Reviewing all PerfectASIN recommendations before implementation
  • Ensuring any changes you make to your Amazon listings comply with Amazon's Terms of Service, category-specific guidelines, and applicable laws and regulations
  • Any outcomes — positive or negative — resulting from changes you make to your listings based on PerfectASIN analysis
  • Maintaining backups of your existing listing content before making changes

PerfectASIN provides suggestions. What you do with those suggestions is entirely your decision and your responsibility.

4. Regulated Categories Warning

Products in regulated categories require extra caution. These categories include but are not limited to:

  • Supplements and vitamins
  • Health and wellness products
  • Baby and children's products
  • Beauty and personal care
  • Food and beverages
  • Medical devices
  • CBD and hemp products
  • Pharmaceuticals and OTC medications
  • Pesticides and chemicals

Keywords and copy suggestions that are acceptable in one Amazon category may trigger compliance flags, listing suppression, or ASIN suspension in another. Amazon's category-specific restrictions change frequently and vary by marketplace.

PerfectASIN attempts to avoid problematic suggestions for regulated categories, but we cannot guarantee compliance with all category-specific restrictions, FDA regulations, FTC guidelines, or other regulatory requirements. If your product is in a regulated category, we strongly recommend having all listing changes reviewed by a compliance specialist before implementation.

5. Recommended Best Practices

We strongly encourage the following practices:

  • Use Amazon Seller Experiments (A/B tests) before implementing changes at scale. This is the single best way to validate whether a change improves performance.
  • For listings with fewer than 1,000 sessions/month, take a snapshot of your current metrics (conversion rate, sessions, revenue), implement one change at a time, and re-measure after 30 days.
  • Never change everything at once. Implement changes incrementally so you can attribute performance shifts to specific modifications.
  • Keep a record of your original listing content before making changes.

6. Subscription and Billing

PerfectASIN offers the following plans:

  • Free Tier: 5 analyses (no credit card required)
  • Pro Tier: 50 analyses per month at $29.95/month (Founder's Price)

Billing is handled via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Data and Privacy

PerfectASIN scrapes publicly available Amazon product page data for analysis. This is the same data visible to any Amazon shopper.

  • We do not require or store your Amazon Seller Central credentials
  • We do not access your Amazon seller account
  • Analysis results may be stored to provide you access to your reports and to improve our service
  • We do not sell or share your analysis data with third parties
  • Usage data may be collected for product improvement and analytics

8. Intellectual Property

PerfectASIN analysis reports are provided for your own business use. You may share reports with your team, partners, or service providers as needed for your business operations.

The PerfectASIN name, logo, scoring methodology, audit framework, and Full ASIN Audit format are proprietary to Kickass Marketer LLC. You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label PerfectASIN reports without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PerfectASIN and Kickass Marketer LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the service
  • Implementation of any recommendations provided by the service
  • Lost revenue, lost profits, or lost business opportunities
  • Listing suppression, ASIN suspension, or account penalties on Amazon or any other platform
  • Inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable recommendations
  • Any other negative outcomes related to the service

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of PerfectASIN shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PerfectASIN, Kickass Marketer LLC, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your implementation of any recommendations
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain consistent service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. PerfectASIN depends on access to Amazon product pages, and changes to Amazon's website structure may temporarily affect functionality. We are not liable for service interruptions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of PerfectASIN after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Arizona.
