Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TitlePerfect, including the Chrome extension and website at titleperfect.app, operated by Kickass Marketer LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). By using TitlePerfect, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

TitlePerfect is an AI-powered tool that analyzes Amazon product titles and generates optimized alternatives. The service is provided as a Chrome browser extension with a cloud-based AI analysis backend.

2. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use TitlePerfect. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Free and Pro Plans

Free Plan: Includes one full analysis with access to scores, mobile preview, and ICP report. Subsequent analyses include scores and mobile preview only.

Pro Plan: Provides unlimited analyses, full ICP reports on every analysis, 5 AI-generated title variations per analysis, and all current and future Pro features. Billed monthly at $29.99 or annually at $249.

Free Trial: New Pro subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel during the trial at no cost.

30-Day Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with TitlePerfect Pro within 30 days of your first paid charge, contact us at support@titleperfect.app for a full refund.

4. Billing and Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods beyond the 30-day guarantee window.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use TitlePerfect to generate content that violates Amazon's terms of service or seller policies
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or scoring algorithms
  • Use automated scripts to make bulk requests to the TitlePerfect API beyond normal human usage patterns
  • Resell or redistribute TitlePerfect analysis outputs as a competing service
  • Share account credentials with multiple users on a single subscription

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

TitlePerfect uses Claude AI (Anthropic) to generate title variations and analysis. All AI-generated content is provided for informational and optimization purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and publishing any title changes to your Amazon listings. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or commercial effectiveness of AI-generated content.

Amazon's algorithm and policies change frequently. TitlePerfect scores are based on our best current understanding of Amazon's ranking factors and are not guaranteed to produce specific results.

7. Intellectual Property

TitlePerfect and all associated software, content, and branding are the property of Kickass Marketer LLC. You retain all rights to the product titles and listing content you input into TitlePerfect.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kickass Marketer LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of TitlePerfect, including but not limited to lost profits, lost sales, or Amazon listing suppressions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TitlePerfect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular title optimization will produce specific commercial results.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of TitlePerfect after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with AAA rules, with proceedings conducted in English.
